Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation funded project:

“Renovation of the Pavshino detention facility"

Background Information:

The detention facility was in a very decayed state when it first started being used as a detention facility. Swiss Agency for

Development and Cooperation agreed with NEEKA to fund reconstruction work there to imrpove the state and living conditions

for people who are detained there.

Pavshino Renovation: Several rooms which were intended as accommodation facilities were repaired
